Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn merchandise within 60 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original packaging with the receipt or packing slip to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place your unworn items back into their original shoe box or packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation inside.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
