We offer Standard Shipping, which typically takes 3-7 business days, and Express Shipping for faster delivery. Orders over a certain threshold may qualify for free standard shipping.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can return unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Returns can be made via mail or at any Call It Spring retail location across Canada.
Are your products vegan and sustainable?
Yes! Call It Spring is proud to be a PETA-approved vegan brand. We also incorporate sustainable materials like recycled jersey and algae-based foam into many of our designs.
How can I track my online order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
